Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Current CPR certification
• Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance
• 1-2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting
• Homecare Homebase

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule

Location Highlights

Fernley offers access to outdoor recreation and regional travel options in western Nevada. Pyramid Lake is about 35 miles north and Lahontan State Recreation Area is about 20 miles southwest, providing fishing, boating, and camping opportunities.
