Academic Tutor and Mentor

As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year, you’ll work full-time in a partner public school, providing individualized and small-group academic support in core subjects. In collaboration with teachers, you’ll help students stay on track, build study skills, and increase engagement in learning. You’ll also serve as a caring mentor, fostering positive relationships, encouraging social-emotional growth, and promoting school attendance.
