• Mon - Fri: 8 am - 5 pm or 1 pm - 8 pm; Sat - Sun: 9 am - 6 pm
• Not to exceed 40 hours per week
• 25 - 30 patients per day
• Patient age range: 0 - 19 years
• Sick and well visits required
