Trusted is seeking an experienced nurse for this exciting travel nursing assignment. Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years).
• 2 years of Medical Surgical Unit experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years).
• Experience with Epic is required.
• Trauma Level 2 experience is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Level 1 trauma experience is required; high bed Level 2 experience will be considered.
Special Requests: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, and teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to. Must take a full 6 months off from any Good Samaritan Society and Marshfield Clinic Health System location. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check. Cannot take RTO for Thanksgiving.
Unit Details: The unit cares for general medical/surgical patients who are ready to be discharged from the ER but have not yet been assigned to a specific unit; staff perform initial admissions and provide care until patients go to their new unit. Equipment includes Zebra phones for communication, Omnicell for medications, and Aleris IV pumps. Nurse-to-patient ratios are 5:1 on days and 6:1 on nights.
Shift & Scheduling: Day/night rotation with shifts scheduled 0700-1930 or 1900-0730. Every other weekend and every other holiday. No call.
Floating Requirements: Will float to other medical/surgical units as needed.
14 days maximum time off
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
