Position Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and refine Statements of Work (SOWs), Performance Work Statements (PWSs), Statements of Objectives (SOOs), and related acquisition documentation.
- Support market research, acquisition planning, and procurement package development.
- Assist with preparation of acquisition strategies, Independent Government Estimates (IGEs), and Justification and Approval (J&A) documents.
- Prepare, edit, and maintain technical reports, project documentation, requirements documents, risk assessments, and change management documentation.
- Coordinate with program managers, engineers, contracting officers, and other stakeholders to support acquisition milestones and deliverables.
- Track acquisition activities, contract actions, modifications, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and agency acquisition policies.
- Maintain document quality, consistency, formatting, and version control.
Position Requirements:
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in federal acquisition processes and technical writing.
- Demonstrated experience developing acquisition documentation including SOWs, PWSs, SOOs, acquisition plans, market research reports, and solicitation packages.
- Strong technical writing, editing, and document management skills.
Security Requirements:
- Background check
- Top Secret Clearance
- Applicants selected will be subject to a government background investigation and must meet eligibility and suitability requirements.
- Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance.
- Successful Pass of Bennett Aerospace Background Investigation, Drug Screening and Credit Check
