Location: West Bend, WI
Schedule: Monday–Friday | No Weekends
Pay Rate: $40–$57/hr Flat Rate(Guaranteed Minimum Hours)
Pay Schedule: Semi-Monthly
Earning Potential: $100,000–$165,000+ annually

About Auto Safety Center
Auto Safety Center is looking for an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician to join our West Bend team.
You'll work on Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles, with approximately 60% diagnostics and 40% maintenance and repair—giving experienced technicians the opportunity to spend more time doing the work they enjoy.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics on drivability, electrical, and check engine light concerns
- Complete engine replacements and major mechanical repairs
- Perform preventative maintenance and general repair
- Conduct vehicle inspections and prepare repair recommendations
- Work on Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
- Consistently produce approximately 40–50 billed hours per week
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience
- Strong diagnostic, drivability, and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with engine replacement and major repairs
- Ability to consistently produce 40–50 billed hours weekly
- Own professional automotive tools
- Valid driver's license
- ASE Certifications preferred but not required
- Strong B-Level Technicians with advanced diagnostic skills are encouraged to apply
Compensation & Benefits
- $40–$57/hr Flat Rate
