Supervise all nursing staff throughout the facility.
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and retention of nursing staff.
Oversee nursing staff performance and conduct.
Remain informed of incidents and clinical issues within the facility.
Assess and oversee the healthcare needs of each resident.
Current New York State RN license.
Minimum of 5 years of long-term care experience.
At least 2 years of nursing leadership or supervisory experience.
