As a Grounds Supervisor, you will:
- Operate a pickup truck and/or a golf cart in daily work.
- Empty all trash cans at pools, three story buildings and team member parking lot as needed.
- Pick up trash from curbs on property and surrounding areas to highway.
- Sweep curbs and sidewalks.
- Empty dumpsters.
- Operate trash compactor.
- Break down cardboard items and places in appropriate containers.
- Operate all types of lawn equipment such as lawn mowers, weed eaters, chainsaws, etc.
- Operate various types of equipment as needed, frontend loader, lull, high reach, trucks, etc.
- Trim trees
- Leave your work area in a clean, neat, and safe condition.
- Perform duties of workers supervised.
- Other duties assigned.

- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Valid state driving license, CDL license as needed.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner.
