Location: Indianapolis, IN
Pay Rate: Up to $17.00 per hour
Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (overtime may be required based on business needs; occasional Saturday work may be required)

What You'll Do
- Fill orders for diagnostic and medical facilities accurately and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and ship outbound orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Work on a conveyor line system supporting daily fulfillment operations
- Assist with order picking, packing, box assembly, and shipment preparation
- Restock inventory and maintain an organized work area
- Break down bulk packaging and prepare products for distribution
- Support cycle counts and physical inventory activities as needed
- Rotate inventory based on receipt and expiration dates to ensure proper stock management
- Identify short-dated materials and communicate findings to warehouse leadership
- Follow established safety procedures and quality standards at all times
- Assist with additional warehouse responsibilities as assigned
What We're Looking For
- A current, up-to-date resume
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least 1 year of warehouse, shipping, receiving, assembly, manufacturing, or related experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, productivity-driven environment
- Experience working with conveyor systems, order fulfillment, or packaging operations preferred
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 40-50 pounds safely
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the workday
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Strong organizational, teamwork, and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Excellent attendance record with a demonstrated history of dependability and punctuality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work overtime and occasional Saturdays when needed
- Ability to meet compliance requirements
