Full job description
Signing Bonus: This position in eligible for a signing bonus totaling $1,000, paid in installments as follows: $750 after 90 days of employment and $250 after 6 months of employment. All bonus payments are subject to standard tax withholdings.
Chesterbrook Academy is seeking a loving and attentive Infant Lead Teacher to join our team.
Our infant programs provide a safe, nurturing environment where the youngest learners can explore, grow, and reach important developmental milestones — all while feeling secure and supported.
As an Infant Lead Teacher, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Provide a warm, responsive, and engaging classroom experience that supports each child’s individual needs.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with families through daily communication and care updates.
- Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment where infants can develop curiosity, confidence, and early learning skills.
- Collaborate with your teaching team to maintain consistent routines, meet licensing standards, and uphold our school’s commitment to excellence.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Have an awarded associate’s degree in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or the human services Field AND
- 2 years of previous experience working with children.
- A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
- Authorization to work in the United States
