Second Shift Production Associate

Marvin is seeking a Second Shift Production Associate to support the manufacturing of premium windows, doors, and skylights at our Warroad, MN facility. In this hands-on role, you’ll operate production and assembly equipment, follow detailed work instructions, and help ensure each product meets Marvin’s high standards for quality and performance. Responsibilities include assembling components, inspecting parts, safely handling materials, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and meeting production goals.
