Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

• Prior experience in a restaurant leadership role
• Prior experience in a full-service dining environment
• Great personality with high energy and positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail and a hands-on management mindset
• Experience in high volume setting-between $3-$5 million
• A good understanding of company culture and taking care of employees
• Ability to spend a lot of time on your feet
