• Shifts: 6 am - 6 pm and 6 pm - 6 am -- no call coverage
• ~10 patients per shift -- adult population
• 100% inpatient floor coverage
• Responsibilities in NEURO ICU, MICU, SICU, and ED
• Split between spinal and cranial cases -- case mix may vary
• Experience in neurocritical care is essential
• Hospital privileges required
