Full job description
In this role you'll
- In this role you’ll generate revenue through business development activities with existing clients and new prospects.
- Build and manage relationships with large, complex commercial clients, including those in specialized industry verticals.
- Actively market and develop business opportunities across commercial and industrial lending and targeted industry segments.
- Negotiate loan terms and structure credit solutions within your authority.
- Prepare and present detailed credit analysis and recommendations for borrowing requests.
- Conduct credit reviews and monitor portfolio risk to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Manage ongoing credit risk by monitoring loan performance and maintaining accurate risk ratings.
- Represent the bank in the community to build awareness and strengthen relationships.
- Mentor and coach less experienced relationship managers and support team development.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
What we're looking for
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or a related field (Required).
- An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
- You have 6 or more years of experience in commercial credit, analysis, or business development (Required).
