Retail Pharmacy Manager

As a Pharmacy Manager at Walmart, you will lead daily pharmacy operations, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient dispensing of medications while delivering exceptional patient care. You’ll oversee a team of pharmacists and technicians, managing scheduling, training, and performance in a high-volume retail environment. You will ensure compliance with all state, federal, and company regulations, maintain inventory and controlled substances, and drive clinical services such as immunizations and medication therapy management. Partner with store leadership to grow the pharmacy business, improve quality metrics, and build strong relationships with patients, providers, and the community while modeling Walmart’s values of respect, service, excellence, and integrity.
