Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Solaris HealthCare seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support resident-centered rehab services in our skilled nursing and long-term care community. Working under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, you’ll carry out treatment plans, lead therapeutic activities, and help residents improve independence with daily living tasks. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document progress, educate residents and families, and uphold high standards of safety, dignity, and compassionate care in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
