Pharmacist

Encompass Health seeks a Pharmacist to deliver high-quality clinical pharmacy services within our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this patient-centered role, you will verify and dispense medications, perform comprehensive medication reviews, counsel patients and families, and collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, and therapists to optimize rehabilitation outcomes. You will ensure regulatory compliance, manage inventory, participate in clinical rounds, and contribute to a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding care environment that supports professional growth.
