What You’ll Lead

• Full operational oversight of two distinct restaurant concepts with complementary hours
• Daily floor leadership, guest relations, and service execution
• Staff hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
• Labor, COGS, and controllable cost management
• Weekly and monthly financial review and reporting
• Implementation of systems, standards, and operational consistency across both properties
• Partnership with ownership on strategic initiatives and long‑term growth

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years of General Manager experience in polished casual, upscale, or chef‑driven environments
• Proven success managing high‑volume operations ($2M+ preferred)
• Strong leadership presence with refined communication and guest‑service instincts
• Ability to manage two properties simultaneously with composure and organization
• A proactive, self‑motivated approach and genuine ownership mindset
