Board Status: BC or BE in Gyn Onc
Shift Details:
Estimated Start Date: July
Schedule Details: Clinic - 8-4:30pm (30 min lunch); OR - 7 or 8 - 4 or 5 (8 hours day); 24 hour Out-of-House call on weekends
Number of Shifts Needed per Month: 1 wk per month with some exceptions
Support Staff: 2 MAs - 3 APPs
Certifications Needed: TBD
Patient Population/Case Load: Office - 15/20; OR as needed
Licensing & Privileging:
License: IMLC Accepted, PA License preferred
Estimated Privileging Timeline: Temps avail with a clean file
