Supv Respiratory Therapy

Encompass Health seeks a Respiratory Therapy Supervisor to lead respiratory services in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will provide advanced, hands-on respiratory care while supervising a team of therapists to ensure safe, evidence-based treatment for medically complex rehab patients. You will manage staffing, workflow, and clinical standards; collaborate closely with physicians, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams; support quality and regulatory compliance; and help foster a nurturing, patient-centered culture with strong opportunities for professional growth.
