About This Role

As an Account Servicing Specialist, you will serve as a critical analytical engine driving our data integrity and operational accuracy. Joining our fast-paced team, your primary goal is to independently solve complex account discrepancies, manage multi-system data flows, and ensure seamless inventory reconciliation to support our hyper-growth trajectory.

We are hiring for our class starting on October 5, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. 

What You'll Do:

  • Analyze & Reconcile Data: Identify defects in client reports and source documents, resolving inventory balances, missing transactions, and file processing exceptions with precision.

  • Manage High-Volume Operations: Triage daily correspondence, client requests, and management reports while maintaining an accurate and timely payment processing error rate below 1%.

  • Navigate Multi-System Workflows: Seamlessly operate across multiple internal and external systems simultaneously to input data, resolve discrepancies, and audit records.

  • Protect Sensitive Information: Handle confidential client and account-level materials with absolute discretion and in full compliance with established policies.

  • Drive Quality Assurance: Perform internal audit procedures and deliver compliant, high-quality responses to both internal and external stakeholders. 


  • Who You Are:

  • Detail-Oriented Problem Solver: You bring 2+ years of experience in back-office, accounts receivable, or complex, multi-faceted environments, with a strong grasp of reconciliation processes.

  • Tech & Data Savvy: You are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills required) and Google applications, with a proven knack for data analysis and reporting.

  • Organized & Reliable: You excel at prioritizing multiple deliverables under tight deadlines, bring strong written and verbal communication skills, and value regular on-site attendance and punctuality.

    Onsite & Physical Requirements

    This is an onsite position based in our local office and regular,  in-person attendance is an essential function of the role. The position requires collaboration, participation in in-person meetings, access to office resources, and partnership with cross-functional teams.

    This role is primarily performed in a professional office environment and involves computer-based work, including extended periods working at a computer, using standard office technology, and communicating through verbal, written, and digital channels. The role may require moving throughout the office and occasionally lifting or moving office materials up to <10 pounds.     Such roles may require occasional flexibility outside of standard business hours to support business needs, cross-time-zone collaboration, or key meetings. Occasional local and/or international travel may also be required.
