Geriatric Home Health Physical Therapist

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide PRN, evidence-based geriatric care in patients’ homes and senior living communities. You will evaluate, plan, and deliver individualized treatment to maximize function, safety, and independence for older adults. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, and document thoroughly using modern productivity tools.
