About the Role

As a Pre-Kindergarten Multi-Classroom Teacher at Evergreen Academy, you will support learning across multiple pre-kindergarten classrooms. You will work alongside classroom teachers and step in to lead activities or provide classroom coverage as needed, helping children experience consistent routines and a welcoming learning environment.

Through our enriched curriculum, you will help young learners build foundational skills, think creatively, and grow socially and emotionally. This role calls for a flexible educator who enjoys connecting with different groups of children and adapting to the needs of each classroom.

You will also:

  • Lead developmentally appropriate lessons and activities using established classroom plans.

  • Support early literacy, numeracy, critical thinking, and creativity through structured activities and purposeful play.

  • Help children develop confidence, independence, and positive relationships.

  • Maintain a safe, organized, and nurturing classroom environment.

  • Collaborate with teachers and school leaders to support continuity across classrooms.

  • Communicate professionally with families and colleagues about children’s experiences and progress.

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • At least one year of teaching experience in early childhood education.

  • An advanced degree or early childhood teaching credentials are highly preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, families, and colleagues.

  • Flexibility and confidence working across multiple classrooms.

  • A commitment to educational excellence and nurturing young learners.

  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
