Process Operator
Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Shift: 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM
Position Type: Seasonal opportunity with potential for extension based on business needs
Select Staffing is hiring a Process Operator for a production facility. We are looking for dependable individuals who can work safely, follow instructions, and maintain quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties
- Pack and label finished products.
- Build and prepare boxes for shipping.
- Organize materials and keep the work area clean.
- Enter basic information into computer systems for tracking purposes.
- Operate a forklift safely to move materials and products.
- Follow all safety and production procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of production or manufacturing experience.
- Basic math skills, including percentages and the metric system.
- Forklift or pallet jack experience preferred; certification is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
