FOX Rehabilitation seeks a Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based geriatric rehab to older adults in their homes and senior living communities around New Brunswick, NJ. You will perform functional assessments, design and deliver individualized treatment plans, focus on fall prevention, mobility, and safety, and document outcomes using EMR. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, and benefit from mentorship, clinical education, and growth opportunities in a mission-driven, clinician-founded practice.
