Physical Therapist Clinic Manager

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Clinic Manager to lead clinical operations in our outpatient rehabilitation clinic. In this role, you’ll provide direct patient care, evaluate and treat a diverse caseload using evidence-based interventions, and ensure high-quality, patient-first outcomes. You will oversee daily clinic workflow, supervise and mentor therapists and support staff, manage schedules and productivity, and support regulatory and documentation standards. As a clinical leader, you’ll collaborate with referring providers, foster a culture of teamwork and respect, and help drive community outreach and practice growth.
