This is a high-profile VIP-level event at Microsoft

where professionalism, hospitality, and composure are essential. Team members are expected to maintain a polished appearance, positive attitude, and professional communication throughout the assignment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with guest service within assigned engagement rooms
• Refill buffet items and maintain food presentation standards
• Bus tables and remove used plates, silverware, napkins, and glassware
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces
• Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
• Dispose of trash and support general event operations
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• Strict adherence to dress code is mandatory
• Non-slip shoes required
• All-black attire required
• No colored hair or distracting facial piercings permitted
• All tattoos must be fully covered
• Failure to comply with dress code requirements may result in removal from the shift without payment

Cell phones must remain stored away unless communicating with a supervisor

Personal phone use is only permitted during breaks

In the event of an emergency, notify a supervisor and step off the floor before using your phone

Meals will likely not be provided; please plan accordingly

Drinks will be available but must be finished before exiting the building
