Full job description

TriStar Health is seeking a Progressive Care Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to moderately to critically ill patients. In this fast-paced progressive care/step-down setting, you will perform comprehensive assessments, monitor telemetry and vital signs, administer medications and IV therapies, and respond quickly to changes in patient condition. You will collaborate closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document accurately in the EHR.
