Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Assembler II (MA II), OP102
Department: QMEMS / Final Assembly
Reports To: Production Supervisor
Job Type: Full-time, occasional overtime, Saturday work needed as business needs require, non-exempt.
Location: Concord CA, 100% On-site
Position Summary:
This position will be responsible for assembly, calibration, and diagnostic testing of Quartz MEMS sensors and IMU assemblies in Concord, CA.

Position Summary:
This position will be responsible for assembly, calibration, and diagnostic testing of Quartz MEMS sensors and IMU assemblies in Concord, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Works under close supervision.
- Update manual and computerized status reports and logs per department requirements.
- Perform basic assembly tasks using tools such as jewelers' screwdrivers, tweezers, cutters, and soldering iron.
- Works under a microscope to do assembly tasks.
- Applies epoxies, masking and coating to products.
- Prepare fragile parts for assembly.
- Operate cure ovens.
- Run simple tests (for example, QRS11 calibration rate tables, plasma cleaners, ASIC tester).
- Flex 1-2 positions up/down within the assembly line.
- Understand Kan Ban requirements and basic Lean awareness, including standardized work instructions.
- Do cross-checks and production verification (no formal inspection).
- Able to rotate 2-3 positions up/down within the assembly line.
- Assignments may require working on more than one product line.
- Be proficient in 25-50% of the tasks on the primary product line.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Years of Experience: 1-3 years' experience with soldering or precision assembly.
- Good verbal communication and reading skills.
Wages:
- Depending on experience and skill level, this position starts at $23 to $24 per hour.
