Radiology Department Manager

Methodist Health System is seeking a Radiology Manager to lead day-to-day imaging operations across our Dallas campus. In this mission-driven, patient-centered role, you will oversee radiology staff, scheduling, and workflow to deliver timely, high-quality diagnostic services. You’ll ensure regulatory and radiation safety compliance, manage budgets and equipment utilization, and drive continuous quality improvement and accreditation readiness. Partner closely with physicians, nursing, and leadership to optimize patient throughput, support new technologies, and cultivate a collaborative, compassionate team culture that reflects our faith-based values.
