This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

· Schedule: Monday – Friday 8a-5p

· Patients per day: 16-22

· Practice Setting: Clinic

· Scope: Outpatient

· State Licensure: Oregon state medical license, Board Certified in Family Medicine, Basic Life Support (BLS) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).
