Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• CT PT License
• BLS
• Minimum 1 year experience
• Experience working with patients with neurological conditions

Assignment Details

• Schedule is 4x10 hour shifts.
• Shift hours are .
• Shift days are Tuesday - Friday.
• Setting is outpatient physical medicine and rehabilitation.
• Must be able to treat orthopedic and neuro patients.
• No on call or floating.
