Avg 15 patients per shift; avg 3 admissions per 24-hour period
Inpatient and ICU rounding
Critical care required -- cardiac, respiratory, sepsis, trauma, burn
Ongoing coverage potential
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
Assignment details and time entry in online portal
