Respiratory Unit - Respiratory Therapist - $2660 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 6 months of Epic experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <80 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic and no current placement allowed at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic.

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic and no current placement allowed at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience Clinicians must have at least 18 months of permanent full-time staff experience in the specialty applying to prior to having ever traveled.

Special Requests All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission. All scheduling requests need to be communicated during submission and interview. 1 reference must be from the most recent place of employment. 8 or 12 weeks. Engagements are limited to 18 consecutive months.

Shift & Scheduling Weekends as needed.

Floating Requirements May float as needed at CCF facilities.

14 days maximum time off

2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required
