Full job description

  • Dates: August through the end of the year, with the potential to extend into 2027
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 20 shifts per month
  • Outpatient clinic only
  • EMR: Epic
  • Certifications: IL license or IMLC, BC, DEA, CSR
  • Estimated 60 day credentialing
  • Minimum 1 year of experience
