  • Mon - Thu 8:30 am - 8:30 pm; Fri 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
  • Schedule options: 5x8, 4x10, or 4x12 -- 40 to 48 hrs/week
  • ~20 patients per day on an 8-hour shift
  • Primary care panel plus urgent care and walk-in patients
  • Adults and sick children only -- no well-child care provided
  • FQHC serving uninsured and underinsured patient population
  • Leave coverage -- approximately 6 months
  • Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
  • Assignment details and time entry in online portal
  • Competitive compensation
