Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

  • Prefer current or very recent experience in high-volume drive-thru.
  • Solid tenure -- no job hoppers
  • Hands-on leadership style
  • Upbeat personality -- highly positive and able to coach
  • Excellent communication skills and professional appearance
  • Focused on standards to deliver fantastic food, value, and customer service

Restaurant General Manager Benefits:

  • A superb base salary of $65 to $72K.
  • Full benefits offered with employer contribution and 401K match
  • Attainable bonus program in addition to salary
