Full job description
Our client, a leading organization in the food production and warehouse industry, is seeking a Production Warehouse Worker to join their team. As a Production Warehouse Worker, you will be part of the production support team, assisting in daily operations and ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Warehouse Worker
Location: Jessup, MD
Pay Range: $16.00
Shift: Day shift, Sunday to Saturday, 7 am until finish (7 days a week operation, with 2 days off during the week; schedules will be determined upon hire)
What's the Job?
- Perform assigned packing or processing tasks on the production line
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
- Assist Line Leader in preparing and transitioning the line between shifts
- Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Identify quality or safety concerns and report to Line Leader
What's Needed?
- High School diploma or GED preferred but not required
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided
- 6+ months in a food production, warehouse, or general labor role (preferred)
- Ability to follow instructions and work well on a team
- Attention to detail and safety awareness
