QMAP/Caregiver - Large Senior Living Community

We are seeking an outstanding PRN QMAP/Caregiver to join our team at our community of The Grand at Broomfield. Come join a team of dedicated, smart, and caring professionals as they work together to care for our seniors and provide them the stellar lifestyle they deserve.

Role Overview

Our QMAP/Caregivers provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan. Current Open Shifts

  • PRN Friday & Saturday NOC Shift

Responsibilities

  • Provide great resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene
  • Answer patient calls and determine how to best help them
  • Ensure residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies and preferences
  • Administer medications and assist with treatments per practitioners orders following safety protocols and the plan of care (if QMAP)

Qualifications

  • Can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents
  • Ability to work as a team and also independently
  • A love for seniors
  • Colorado QMAP Certified (if applicable)
