Finance Trainer

Do you enjoy helping others learn and grow? Join Uline as a Finance Trainer supporting our Accounts Payable team. In this role, you will lead onboarding and training initiatives, create engaging learning resources and help AP employees build the knowledge and confidence needed to excel.

Position Responsibilities
- Lead training for Uline’s Accounts Payable team, supporting employees from onboarding through ongoing skill development.
- Create and maintain training materials, including job aids, process documentation and engaging e-learning content.
- Partner with AP leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs and improve learning programs.
- Communicate department process updates, policy changes and best practices to ensure alignment and consistency.
- Monitor employee progress, partnering with AP leadership on coaching and follow-up training.
Minimum Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in Finance, Training or Education. Experience in Accounts Payable a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills.
- Experience teaching, coaching or developing others preferred.
- Experience creating training materials or e-learning content preferred.
