Position Overview

  • Full Time Patient Care Advocate
  • Monday-Friday schedule
  • Reports to the Office Manager


Key Responsibilities
  • Present treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
  • Educate patients on insurance benefits, financing options, and out-of-pocket costs
  • Enter accurate treatment plans into Dentrix and keep follow-up workflows tight
  • Provide excellent customer service to every patient and visitor
  • Partner with the clinical team to remove barriers to care


Minimum Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced dental office with HMO and PPO insurance
  • Experience with Dentrix dental software (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and case-presentation skills
