Industrial Maintenace Mechanic

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in high-speed industrial production, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join their dynamic team. As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you will be an essential part of the Maintenance Department supporting the production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to safety and quality, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Tampa, FL

Pay Range: $28

Shift: 6am to 6pm, Sunday through Saturday

What's the Job?

• Troubleshoot and provide immediate preventative and corrective maintenance support to production lines
• Facilitate equipment change-overs and assist with the installation of new machinery
• Overhaul and rebuild equipment, fabricate parts, and perform repairs as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols
• Generate parts requests, complete work orders, and support facility maintenance activities

What's Needed?

• At least 1 year of industrial maintenance experience in a high-speed environment
• Basic mechanical and technical aptitude with the ability to follow schematics and manufacturer specifications
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with work order systems
• Ability to supply hand tools required for the role
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to maintenance
