Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $2090 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a New York license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Rochester Regional Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Rochester Regional Health System.

Additional Details:

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Lab Completion: All health-related requirements and lab work must be completed within 5 calendar days of signing. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience: Cardiac monitoring and emergency response (dysrhythmia interpretation/management, Rapid Response/Code team activation) IV therapy/phlebotomy (peripheral line care/management) Nasal cannula, oxygen administration/tanks, non-invasive airway management Isolation precautions

Special Requests: RTO and special scheduling requests must be submitted upon submission.

Unit Details: MS/Tele unit will be assigned at time of offer.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Must be available to work every other holiday, if needed.

Floating Requirements: Float between 5400 and 5500 and within Med-Surg skillset.

Maximum consecutive days off: 10

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years
