Full job description

As an Occupational Therapist at Encompass Health, you’ll provide evidence-based rehabilitation to adult patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injury, orthopedic surgery, and complex medical conditions. You will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver goal-focused interventions to improve safety, independence, and quality of life. Working in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team, you’ll participate in care conferences, educate patients and families, document in the EMR, and contribute to continuous quality improvement while pursuing professional growth and specialty training.
