Gotion Inc. is based in Silicon Valley, CA, currently building a Manufacturing facility in Manteno, IL and has R&D centers in Ohio, China, Japan and Europe. We innovate in the next generation electric vehicle and energy storage technologies (lithium batteries and related systems) with the aim to accelerate electrified transportation and achieve sustainable development. We’re hiring a Senior Operations Specialist to join our team in Manteno. This role is a great fit for someone who’s experienced, highly adaptable, and comfortable working directly with senior leadership in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting executives with key business activities—from strategy and planning to client meetings and operational execution

  • Helping lead cross-functional coordination as the company grows and enters new markets

  • Being hands-on during business trips, client visits, and important meetings (some travel will be required)

  • Acting as a bridge between leadership, internal teams, and external partners

  • Staying flexible and focused under pressure—this role moves fast, and priorities can shift quickly

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • At least 5 years of work experience in operations, business support, or similar roles

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable with frequent travel and a dynamic workload

  • A high level of professionalism and the ability to work directly with executives

 

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package at Gotion, and is determined within a range. This provides you with the opportunity to progress as you grow and advance your career at Gotion. The base pay range for this role is shown below, and will depend on your skills, qualifications, experiences, and location.


Expected Pay Range

$95,000—$110,000 USD
