Manufacturing Tech

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in advanced technology, is seeking a Manufacturing Tech to join their team. As a Manufacturing Tech, you will be part of the production support team supporting FOUP assembly operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong troubleshooting skills, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Tech

Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Pay Range: $21.00

Shift: Day shift

What's the Job?

• Perform injection molding part inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Collaborate with setup and engineering teams to communicate and resolve part defects
• Acquire basic knowledge in part inspection and identifying quality defects according to documentation
• Apply basic understanding of 5S principles to maintain organized work areas
• Create and maintain a safe working environment adhering to safety protocols

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 0-2 years of related manufacturing experience
• Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
• Good hand-eye coordination and basic computer skills
• Effective communication skills and ability to follow instructions
