• Medical director or equivalent leadership experience required
• Lead an established lung transplant program with over 400 transplants performed
• Oversee a team of 5 pulmonology/critical care physicians
• 80% clinical and 20% administrative split
• Lung transplant experience required; fellowship training a plus
• Teach pulmonology/critical care fellows within an academic affiliation program
