Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and factory operations teams to understand procurement requirements and technical specifications.
- Partner with pre-approved suppliers identified by engineering and operations to analyze cost, quality, lead time, and delivery risk.
- Execute purchases of production equipment, spare parts, industrial tools, and facility-related materials and services in accordance with company policies.
- Assess supplier capabilities and participate in audits alongside engineering and operational stakeholders.
- Lead price and term negotiations, manage payment schedules, and ensure delivery timelines align with project and production needs.
- Monitor and track purchase orders, proactively address delivery or quality issues, and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and support budget tracking using the company's MRO system and other relevant tools.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical procurement or buying within manufacturing, industrial, or facility operations.
- Strong understanding of factory equipment, industrial tools, facility systems, and construction-related services.
- Proven skills in negotiation, supplier relationship management, and purchasing documentation.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and collaborate effectively with internal engineering teams and external suppliers.
- Bilingual required - fluent in English and intermediate proficiency in Mandarin.
Pay Range
USD $75,000.00 - USD $85,000.00 /Yr.

- Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments or factory expansion projects.
- Familiarity with supplier auditing processes and quality assurance standards.
- Working knowledge of logistics, import/export requirements, or local construction compliance is a plus.
