Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team in Healthcare & Medical Services. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement evidence-based OT treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to restore function, independence, and quality of life. Responsibilities include functional assessments, ADL training, adaptive equipment recommendations, caregiver education, accurate documentation, and participation in care conferences.
