Production Associate

Our client, a growing and expanding paper manufacturing company in Park 100, is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as Production Associates. As a Production Associate, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing process, supporting various operations to ensure quality and efficiency.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Indianapolis, IN - Park 100

Pay: $20 per hour

Shift: 3:50am - 4:00pm OR 3:50pm - 4:00am

What's the Job?

• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform final assembly of paper products
• Operate manufacturing machinery efficiently and safely
• Support the production line to meet daily output goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Reliable and punctual work ethic
